Pricing is based on the print size (length x width) as well as the depth of canvas wrap and frame selection. All pricing and applicable taxes are listed in Canadian currency. All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars. Standard shipping fees within Canada and the Continental United States and Alaska are included in the purchase price. Quotes are required for all other locations. Destination charges, including dues, brokerage fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Rates and/or policies may be updated periodically. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies described above if changes occur after your order is placed, but before it is shipped. In such an event, you will be given the option to proceed under the updated policy or to cancel your order and receive full refund for your purchase.

Production Times

You should receive an email confirmation shortly after your online order, please keep a copy of the email

Your canvas will be printed, then stretched and framed upon request, and delivered to you in 2-3 weeks. Framed pieces may take a few extra days.

Production times will lengthen in November and December each year so please ensure your Christmas orders are placed early. We recommend November 15th as a safe deadline for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery in Canada and the Continental US and Alaska.


Upon order, your canvas will be printed and mounted onto a stretcher bar, then professionally packaged. It is important to package the art carefully to prevent any damage during transit.


Your canvas will be printed and mounted then shipped approximately 2 weeks after your order date. 

Shipping to Canada, the continental United States and Alaska is included. Shipping to other locations will require a quote before purchase.

Return | Replacement | Refund Policies

Upon order, you have 45 days to be eligible for an return, replacement or refund - see details below.

Please e-mail us the reason why you need a replacement or refund and provide the following information:

- SUBJECT Line: Canvas Order Issue
- Your order number and/or date of purchase
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- The name and/or catalogue number of the canvas
- If your canvas was damaged through shipping please attach several digital photos of the damaged canvas as well as the shipping box it arrived in.
- Let us know if you are looking for a replacement canvas or a refund?
- If the canvas is not damaged and you wish to return it, see RETURNS below.

When we receive your email we will contact you to discuss the issue and next steps.

Replacements are only available for damaged items. If you choose to receive a replacement canvas, you will receive the same item unless otherwise specified. It could take up to 10 business days to reproduce, then ship to you.

If you are not happy with your canvas art and wish to return it please notify us within the 45 day period as described above. The product needs to be unused and in re-sellable condition. You will have to pay the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee I will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you choose to receive a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of receiving the returned artwork.
